Delivery & Return Policy

The delivery time for products by express courier is normally between 3 days and 2 weeks, from the moment of registering the order on the website www.koreanskin.ro . Most of the time the courier will deliver the orders within 2-3 working days from their dispatch. The seller undertakes to send the tracking number (if any) for each order sent by express courier, in the shipping confirmation email.

For various reasons, it is possible that deliveries made by the carrier may not be made within a maximum of 2-3 business days (adverse weather conditions, strikes, system errors, etc.), and in these situations, please request details about your package in writing or by phone from the courier company, using the AWB tracking number found in the email received from us, and if you are not satisfied with the transport services provided by the courier company, please notify us of the situation created in order to remedy the problem.

The seller is not responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors: adverse weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, disasters, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the express courier from delivering the packages within 2-3 days (example of other situations: system errors of the carriers, large volume on the respective route, etc.). The seller will not pay compensation for damages caused by the failure to deliver the products on time. The seller does not provide compensation for packages delivered late for reasons beyond the seller's control. The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal and may refuse any package delivered late.

We want you to use the cosmetic products that suit you perfectly, so we have made the return process very easy for you. You can return the purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. Your money will be refunded within 14 calendar days of confirming the return. We accept returns of unopened products, with the original, sealed packaging. Products that show signs of wear or consumption, physical changes, blows, chips, scratches or shocks will not be accepted for return. If the return of the products is accepted, we will refund their value.

Return/re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The Customer's right to cancel a Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received. No refund will be made if the product has been used after unsealing, if it is not in the same condition in which it was delivered or if it is damaged. By opening the individual packaging in which the ordered products were delivered, it means that the products have been unsealed, that they are the ones ordered and meet your requirements, these products can no longer be returned to Korean Skin and can no longer be subject to the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
